Official Rules

How to Enter
To enter, submit your own, original recipe and complete the official entry form. Recipes submitted must: 1) be original (not previously published in any medium, and not having won prizes or awards in any other contest); 2) be submitted by reply email to the address below; 3) be received by contest deadline; 4) use one or more Bays English Muffin(s); 5) serve 4-6 people; and 6) call for no more than 8 ingredients (not including Bays English Muffins, water, salt and pepper).

One entry per email address. No purchase necessary. All recipes become the property of Bays Corporation and will not be returned. The contest will be judged by George Bay, along with a panel of independent judges, on the basis of taste, appearance, imagination, practicality, appropriateness for an English muffin, and fit with theme. Each of these foregoing judging criteria will be weighed equally. Decisions of judges are final in all matters relating to this contest.

The contest ends on the specifed date at 5:00 pm CST/CDT.

Winner Notification
One winner will be notified by email 4-6 weeks after close of the contest period.

Prizes
One First Place Winner will receive a $500 gift certificate for The Sharper Image. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prizes non-transferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except at the discretion of the sponsor. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Qualified Winners will receive their prizes within 4-6 weeks after notification of winning.

Additional Conditions
All prizes must be awarded to entrant, who must sign an affidavit of eligibility, copyright assignment and liability/publicity release. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for telephone or computer malfunction or error. All prizes will be awarded and are nontransferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted except at sponsor's discretion. In the case of a tie, duplicate prizes will be awarded. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility
The contest is limited to adults 18 years of age and older who are legal U.S. residents with e-mail access prior to January 1, 2008. All winners' shipping addresses must be located in the United States. Street addresses must be included with all P.O. box addresses. Employees and immediate families of employees of Bays Corporation and its affiliated companies, its advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. Previous winners and their immediate families or those residing at the same address are also ineligible. Contest void where prohibited by law. Each entrant agrees that Bays Corporation, its affiliates and respective agents, are not responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee, implied or expressed, beyond that which is set forth herein.

Winners List
Winners' names and hometowns will be posted on the Bays website the week following their selection, and may also be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope after December 31, 2007, and before January 31, 2009, to: Winners List, Bays Corporation, P.O. Box 1455, Chicago, IL 60690-1455.
