With the holidays in full swing and Valentineās Day right around the corner, itās the perfect time to experiment with guilt-free treats that taste indulgent. And what could be better than chocolate?

Weāre looking for recipes starring any and every type of chocolate, including dark, white, milk, baking, syrup, chips and bars. Itās sure to be delicious, but remember, it also has to be light! Entries for this contest must be postmarked by March 15, 2008. Winning recipes will be announced in the December/January 2009 issue.

CONTEST RULES: You may enter more than one recipe. Be sure to include the contest topic and your name, address and phone number on each recipe.

Type or print each recipe on one side of an 8-1/2- x 11-inch sheet of paper. Be specific with directions, measurements and sizes of cans, packages and pans.
