TO ENTER:

Log on to www.coffee-mate-outofhome.com between 12:01 a.m. ET 10/15/07 and 11:59pm ET 1/31/08 and follow on-screen instructions to register and submit your beverage recipe. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the email account, and if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user. There is a limit of one recipe entry per person, per address, per email address. Entrants who additionally complete the online survey will receive the option to enter a second recipe into the contest. The second recipe must meet the requirements below and be submitted separately. Contest ends and entries must be received by 11:59pm ET 1/31/08. All entries become the property of NestlŽ.

Entry must meet all of the following requirements or they will be disqualified
  • Recipe must include COFFEE-MATE¨ Creamer and/or NESTLƒ¨ Hot Cocoa.
  • Recipe must include measurements of ingredients and preparation instructions.
  • Recipe must be for beverages only.
  • Each entry must be original, unpublished, the sole property of submitter and not previously submitted in any other contest.
  • At the judges' discretion, entries including unsuitable content or that are in violation of third party rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights) will be immediately disqualified.
  • By submitting your recipe, you agree NestlŽ has the unrestricted right to use your recipe, commercially or non-commercially, including the right to publish and display the recipe for advertising and publicity, all without additional review or compensation.
  • All submissions become the property of NestlŽ, and may be used without compensation. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

JUDGING:

Independent judges will select the winners from all eligible entries received. Entries will be judged on creative of use of COFFEE-MATE and/or NestlŽ¨ Hot Cocoa as an ingredient 50% and ease of preparation 50%. Winners will be notified via email and or mail on or about 2/28/08.

PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a vacation package of their choice to one (1) of the following designated travel destinations 1.) Key West, FL, 2.) Steamboat Springs, CO, or 3.) San Francisco, CA. The vacation package includes roundtrip coach airtravel for two (2) people from major airport closest to winner's primary residence; hotel accommodations for six (6) nights/seven (7) days (one room/double occupancy); $1,000 spending cash; and a Coffee-mate ãThank Youä pack (ARV up to $5,500). Grand prize winner must notify NestlŽ as to the destination choice within two (2) weeks of being notified of winning. Grand prize winner agrees and understands that once NestlŽ is notified as to destination choice, no changes can be made. All travel must completed by 11/30/08. Travel restrictions and black out dates may apply. NestlŽ is not responsible for inclement or extreme weather, acts of God, war, or other conditions beyond its control. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. If winner is unable to travel on dates specified and agreed to, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be chosen. If Winner resides less than 200 miles from destination, air travel will not be awarded. Winners and Winner's guest will be required to sign and have notarized, a Winner's Agreement and Release and return it by date specified in notification letter or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected.

350 First Prize winners will receive a COFFEE-MATE ceramic mug (ARV $9).

No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable except at sole discretion of NestlŽ. NestlŽ reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total ARV for all prizes is $8,650.00.

ELIGIBILITY:

Contest open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. & D.C., 18 years of age or older, except employees and the families of NestlŽ USA, Standard Coffee their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotions and advertising agencies, NestlŽ USA, Standard Coffee and their affiliated companies, representatives, agents or employees are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prize winner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, or loss of the prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.

GENERAL

By entering the Contest, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final. By submitting Entry, entrant understands and agrees that NestlŽ has the unrestricted right to: transmit, store, copy, post, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or re-use your Entry in whole or in part, commercially or non-commercially, in any media known or unknown, in perpetuity, worldwide, including the right to publish and display the Entry for publicity and to make derivative works, all without limitation as to when or the number of times used, and without additional review or compensation. Additionally you agree that NestlŽ may post your Entry (including first name, last initial, city and state) on NestlŽ's website(s). Entrant also understands and agrees to allow use of his or her name and/or photograph and recipe for advertising this or similar promotions (including internet posting) without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All Entries, survey information and all rights of ownership and publication of same, will become the property of NestlŽ and will not be returned.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest by an technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this Contest at any time and award the Prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web-site or to be acting in violation of the Rules.
