Send us your tasty original recipes using Just Tomatoes products and if you're a winner, we'll send you cash and free products. That simple!

• $500 to the 2 Grand Prize winners, plus 2 products a month for a year.
• $50 to the 2 Second Place winners, plus 24 products within a 12 month following the contest.
• $25 to the 2 Third Place winners, plus a one-time shipment of 6 products

Official Rules and Regulations

Eligibility
The Just Tomatoes Recipe Contest is open to adults 18 years or older who are residents of the
United States. Professionals such as chefs, caterers, food editors, home economists or
educators, or anyone who is involved in the professional preparation of food or recipes for pay,
employees of the Just Tomatoes Company and their families are not eligible. Questions about
eligibility requirements will be decided by the Just Tomatoes Company and all decisions are final.

To Enter
The Just Tomatoes, ETC.! 2008 Recipe Contest consists of three categories:

• Pasta
• Grains
• Beans

Can be any entrŽe, side dish, daypart, hot or cold... be creative! Recipe must include a pasta, grain or bean.

1. Send your original recipe that uses one or more of the Just Tomatoes fruits or vegetable products. Entries must include all of the following:

• Recipe Category
• Name of Recipe
• Number of Servings
• List of Ingredients in order of use (with specific quantities in standard U.S. measurements)
• Complete Preparation Directions including baking/cooking time and temperature in necessary

2. Recipe must include at least one cup of Just Tomatoes product. If using more than one product, can be combined to equal one cup.

3. Submitting Recipes
Beginning January 15, 2008 recipes may be submitted either by mail or electronically using our Web Entry Form.

Mail
Recipes, along with contestantâs name, complete address, phone number and age must be clearly typed or printed on 8-1/2 x 11-inch paper, one side only. Include email address and fax number, if applicable. Each recipe must be submitted on a separate sheet or entered electronically on separate forms. Web Entry Form
Submit a recipe online using our Web Entry Form. If you are submitting multiple recipes, complete and submit a form for each recipe.

Contest ends April 15, 2008. There is no limit to the number of recipes submitted, but there can be only one winner per household. Entries sent via the U.S. mail must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2008. Entries sent via the Just Tomatoes website must be received by 11:59 pm (PST) on April 15, 2008. The Just Tomatoes Company is not responsible for entries that are lost or mishandled.

Rules
 

• Recipe must be original. Recipes must not have been previously published in the same or nearly the same form. By submitting a recipe(s), you affirm that to the best of your knowledge, it is your original work and unpublished or it is an existing recipe that features four or more significant changes. Contestants are solely responsible for complying with any applicable copyright restrictions, and the Just Tomatoes Company assumes no obligations in that regard. By participating, each entrant accepts these rules and agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final.
• Participants and winners understand and agree that recipe entries (including photographs, if any) become the exclusive property of the Just Tomatoes Company upon submission and cannot be returned. All intellectual property rights in recipes and photographs submitted by participants are transferred to the Just Tomatoes Company upon submission and shall be owned thereafter by Just Tomatoes. Participants and winners further agree that entries may be used, edited, modified or expanded upon by Just Tomatoes in any way they deem appropriate, without compensation to participants/winners.
• Winners grant permission to the Just Tomatoes Company for use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, for publicity or advertising purposes and similar promotions, and for winnerâs list, without compensation.
• Recipes not meeting all requirements will be disqualified.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
• Winners will be solely responsible for any personal tax liability on the prize awards.

Judging
Emphasis will be given to recipes that make Just Tomatoes products 'star' in the recipe.

• Recipes will be judged on taste, originality, appearance and ease of preparation. Emphasis will be given recipes with no added sweeteners and on the creative use of alternative sweetening ingredients.
• Winning recipes will be selected by a panel of food professionals. All decisions are final.
• The judging panel will disqualify any recipes known to have been previously published or previous recipe contest winners.
• Judges will select A TOTAL OF TWO Grand Prize, TWO second place and TWO third place winning recipes for a total of 6 winners. Each Grand Prize award is $500, plus 2 products a month for a year; second prize is $50, plus 24 products within a 12 month following the contest; third prize is $25, plus a one-time shipment of 6 products.
• Winners will be selected on or about the week of June 1, 2008 and will be notified by telephone. Letter of verification will follow within 14 days. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release form which must be returned within 10 days of the receipt of the form, or they will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
