Are you a Mayberry chef?
If so, the Mayberry’s Finest Recipe Contest is “Taylor” made for
you.
We’re looking for the most delicious original recipes from
our customers that use at least one of our Mayberry’s Finest
products as an ingredient. Just send us your recipe, and you
might be a winner. It’s as simple as that, just like Mayberry.
Well, O.K., it’s not quite that simple. Deputy Barney Fife heard
about our little contest and has proclaimed the following:
Prizes:
* The three top recipes will be published on the Mayberry’s
Finest website. WWW.MAYBERRYSFINEST.COM
* The Blue Ribbon recipe, dish photo, and winner’s photo will
appear on the back panel of the Mayberry’s Finest All Purpose
Baking Mix package for one year.
* The Blue Ribbon recipe, dish photo and winner’s photo will
appear in the June 2008 issue of The Mayberry’s Finest Gazette.
* The winner will receive a trip for two to Mayberry Days 2008
(air travel for two from any city in the continental U.S. to
Greensboro N.C.; four day car rental from Greensboro to
Mount Airy; one hotel room for 4 days and 3 nights
in Mount. Airy, N.C. plus $125.00 in tickets to special events
during Mayberry Days 2008. Per Diem is NOT included)

Entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2008.
1) To enter, submit the enclosed form with your complete recipe, a
photograph of yourself and a photo (4” x 6” or 5” x 7”) of the final
product. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
2) The contest theme is: “Are you a Mayberry chef?” Winning entries
will best reflect the theme. The decisions of the judges are final.
3) Each recipe must use at least one of our Mayberry’s Finest
products as an ingredient.
4) Recipe information must be legibly printed or typed and include
the following: (i) the recipe name; (ii) a list of ingredients with exact
quantities; (iii) accurate recipe directions as a list of steps or in
paragraph form including specifics on all ingredients used and in
what order, specific instructions on preparing the final product.
5) No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years or older to enter and a
legal resident of the United States of America.
6) Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries
submitted.
7) The submitted recipe must be unpublished and originally
created by the contestant. Each winner must sign a statement to
that effect or the prize will be forfeited.
8) All entries become the property of Mayberry’s Finest / Diversity
Brands, LLC. Winners must sign a consent form allowing the recipe
to become property of Mayberry’s Finest / Diversity Brands, LLC.
Your entry will not be acknowledged and cannot be returned.
Diversity Brands, LLC assumes no responsibility for submitted
photographs.
9) Employees of Diversity Brands, LLC and their immediate families
or individuals living in their households are not eligible to enter.
10) Entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2008. Award winners will
be announced on June 1, 2008. Winners will be notified and sent
the appropriate forms by mail. All forms must be completed and
signed and mailed back to Diversity Brands, LLC.
11) Mail entries to: Mayberry’s Finest Recipe Contest, 189 Spence
Lane, Nashville, TN 37210.
12) Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and anywhere prohibited or
restricted by law, where a license is required or where subject to tax
(other than on the awards). Any and all taxes are the responsibility
of the winners.
13) All winners may be required to sign a release to claim a prize.
Each winner must agree, in writing, to allow his or her name,
likeness, city, and entry to be used by used in advertising and
publications by Diversity Brands, LLC. This contest is subject to all
applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
14) By participating in this contest, entrants agree to these official
contest rules.
15) All fees and expenses incidental to redemption of any prize will
be the responsibility of the winner.
16) Prizes must be claimed within 45 days of announcement.
Unclaimed prizes will be automatically forfeited by the winner.
17) Diversity Brands, LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend the
contest in its sole discretion.
