Contestants must be U.S. or Canadian residents. Employees of Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc., Imperial Sugar Company and the immediate family members and persons living in the household of any such persons are not eligible to enter. By submitting an entry, each contestant acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to these official contest rules. This contest is void where prohibited by law and all federal, state and local laws shall apply. In the event of any dispute, the laws of the State of Texas govern the contest.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter, and each contestant may enter up to three (3)recipes. Entries must be submitted in one of the following manners:

*All entries sent via facsimile must be received by Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. no later than 11:59 PM (CST) on January 15, 2008.

*E-mail entries must include ãRecipesä in the e-mailâs subject line and only one recipe may be submitted per e-mail. Recipes must appear in the body of the e-mail and not in an attachment to the e-mail.

*Entries sent by e-mail must be received no later than 11:59 PM (CST) on January 15, 2008 .  

Regardless of the method of entry, each entry within any menu category must be submitted on a separate sheet of paper, fax, or email, as applicable, that clearly identifies the contestantâs name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will be disqualified, and notice of receipt will not be sent to entering contestants.  

Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission or for lost, misdirected or delayed mail.  

Each contestantâs contact information will only be used by Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. to contact a contestant with questions about an entry or to notify the winners.

When writing recipes, include:

• A complete list of ingredients (maximum of 10), with the exact quantities in the order they are used. Accuracy is important and recipes will be tested as written.
• Specific directions (in paragraph form) must include cookware size (example: 10-inch pie pan), cooking time and temperature, and number of servings.

Entries will be judged on originality, taste, visual appeal, and the creative use of Wholesome Sweeteners products. Recipes will be reviewed for accuracy in keeping with these standards, and selected recipes will be tested by the Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. Recipe Development Team. Final judging will be performed by the Wholesome Sweeteners Recipe Development Team.

All submitted recipes will become the property of Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. and will not be returned. By entering this contest, you assign all rights, title and interest in the submitted recipe to Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. and grant Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. the right to edit and publish your recipe, with acknowledgement, and to use your recipe in future promotional and/or advertising campaigns without compensation to you.  

Previously published recipes, such as those appearing in major cookbooks, in magazines, in newspapers, from food companies, publicized on the Internet, and winners in national contests will be disqualified, unless the submitted recipe features changes deemed significant by Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. in the Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc.âs sole discretion.  

Further, to remove any doubt, all decisions regarding qualifications of recipes shall be made at the sole discretion of Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows: (i) One grand prize of a Kitchen Aid Artisan¨ Stand Mixer; (ii) Two runner-up gourmet gift baskets.  

Winners will be required to sign a statement of eligibility (including a certification that such winnerâs recipe is original and has not been previously published or publicized) and a release of liability. Winners under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a statement of eligibility and release of liability on behalf of such minor.  

In consideration for being awarded a prize, and except where prohibited by law, each winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winnerâs name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. and/or its affiliates.  

Any and all taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.  

Contestants are wholly responsible for all costs incurred and any damage, loss or injury sustained during or resulting from participation in the contest.  

The names of winners and winning recipes will be announced on February 1, 2008 in the Sugar Club newsletter and on Wholesome Sweeteners' web site, www.OrganicSugars.biz. 

Wholesome Sweeteners, Inc. is not liable for any late, lost or misdirected notification to any finalist or contest winner.
