DOMINO/C&H SUGAR “BAKING FOR CASH” CONTEST
Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: The “Baking For Cash” Contest ("Contest") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are between the ages of 18 and 22 and current college students at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Domino Foods, Inc. (“Domino”), C&H Sugar Co., Inc. (“C&H”), Kobin Integrated Marketing, Little & King Co., LLC and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors and sponsors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Contest (all of the above, together with Sponsor, collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and the employee's immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), regardless of where they live, and the employee's Household Members, are ineligible to enter. "Household Member" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months per year (whether related or not). All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) on 12/15/08 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 2/15/09. You must submit your recipe(s) in any one of these four categories: cookie/bars, cupcake/cakes, candy or miscellaneous. Each recipe must be the original creation of the entrant and must contain at least a ½ cup of Domino® or C&H® Sugar. Each recipe must be complete and accurate. Recipes may not come from any cookbook or will be disqualified. All entries will become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Recipes will not be tested by, nor endorsed by Domino or C&H. Each recipe must take no longer than 15 minutes to prepare/assemble and can be cooked/served in no more than 60 minutes. List every recipe ingredient (including garnishes) with exact measurements and complete directions. Entrants may enter as often as they like, but with one original recipe per entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: All valid entries will be judged according to the following criteria: Creativity (20%), Ease of Preparation/Convenience (10%), Taste & Appearance (50%), Consumer Appeal (20%). Winners will be announced on or about 3/16/09 by Little & King Co., LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. In the event of a tie, entries with the highest points in the Taste & Appearance category will win; if there is another tie, entries in the Creativity category with the highest points will win.

4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (1): $10,000.00 Cash and $1,000.00 for winning in the respective category. FIRST PRIZE (3 – one per remaining category): $1,000.00 Cash each. SECOND PRIZE (4 – one per category): A baking/cookware package, including:

Approximate retail value of Second Prize: $261.89 each. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value if a designated prize or component should become unavailable for any reason. Maximum Retail Value of all prizes: $15,000.00.

5. CONDITIONS: By participating and/or submitting an entry or accepting any prize, you represent and warrant that the recipe you submit (a) does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any person or entity; (b) the recipe you submit has not been published in any media whatsoever; and (c) at time of submission you are/were a current college student, between the ages of 18 and 22. All recipes submitted, and all concepts or ideas contained or embodied therein, become the sole property of Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to edit the content of each entry as it sees fit. By submitting recipes, entrants grant Sponsor and their affiliates and agents permission to use the recipes for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, without further compensation to entrants. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and/or email and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release (and where legally permissible, a Publicity Release) within fourteen (14) days of notification date or Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners. Prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted, unless advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Sponsor) will be substituted by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Taxes and any other expenses and incidentals not mentioned herein are each winner’s sole responsibility. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Acceptance of any prize constitutes consent to use of winner’s name, likeness, statements, and biographical data for advertising/publicity purposes in any medium without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If any winner is unable to accept a prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor retains the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining pool of eligible entries. Entrants hereby release and hold harmless each of the Promotion Entities and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities arising out of this Contest or use or misuse of the prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor assumes no liability or responsibility for damages, losses or injury resulting from this Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries or death arising from or relating to this Contest, and the winner’s use of any prize, they will indemnify each of the Promotion Entities and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all such claims, including the attorneys’ fees related thereto. Entrant is responsible for all on-line charges incurred with any Internet service provider and/or wireless carrier. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Website or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries. No mechanical reproduction of entries accepted. Mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate or modify the Contest and/or conduct a drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.dominosugar.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action.
