VIVA® DIVA FAMILY RECIPE CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. ELIGIBILITY:

This Contest is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are Vivadivacafe.com members and 18 years of age or older as of 11/3/2008. There is no fee to become a Vivadiva.com Café member. Employees of Kimberly-Clark Corp., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. TO ENTER:

Beginning 5:00 p.m. (ET) on 11/3/08, visit www.vivadivacafe.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions to submit a treasured family recipe, following the Recipe Requirements stated below. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on 12/15/08. Entries can be submitted in any of the following categories: Appetizer, Entrée and Dessert. You may enter as often as you wish but each entry must be submitted separately. By entering, entrant certifies that his/her submission has not been previously published, meets the eligibility requirements as stated in Rule #1 and that entrant grants permission to post his/her entry submission online for the duration of the online voting periods as stated in Rule #4.

Recipe Requirements: Ingredients must be readily available. Entry must include the category you are entering, "family recipe" story, name of your recipe, number of servings, the ingredients, exact U.S. measurements and preparation instructions. Recipe must be submitted in English.

3. JUDGING:

All eligible entries will be judged by a panel of sponsor-specified judges to determine up to 10 Finalists per category (up to a total 30 Finalists). Judges reserve the right to determine fewer than 10 Finalists per category at their discretion. Judges' decisions are final on all matters relating to the contest. Judging will be based on the following criteria: Family Story — 50%; Creativity ö 25% and Perceived Ease of Preparation — 25%. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be broken based on the highest score for Family Story.

4. ONLINE VOTING:

Beginning 5:00 p.m. (ET) on 1/5/09 through 5:00 p.m. (ET) on 1/30/09, up to 30 Finalists' entries (up to 10 per category) will be posted on www.vivadivacafe.com. During these dates, website visitors who are registered VIVA Diva Café members will be given the opportunity to select their favorite entry to help determine winners in each category. Limit one vote per registered member per day. If more than one vote is received per person per day, only the first vote received will be eligible. Online voting will be tallied to determine winners, with the recipe with the most votes in each category deemed the First Prize winner and the recipes with the next two highest votes in each category being deemed the Second and Third Prize winners, respectively. In the event of a tie in any category, tiebreaker will be based on the highest score for Recipe Family Story as determined from the panel judging, per Rule #3.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):

Three (3) First Prizes (one per category) —$1,000 Williams-Sonoma gift card. (Terms and Conditions on gift card apply); Three (3) Second Prizes (one per category) — A professional KitchenAid Mixer plus sponsor-specified kitchen tools/utensils set (ARV $500 per prize); Three (3) Third Prizes (one per category) — An Apple iPod Nano (8 GB) plus JBL On Stage II Speakers (ARV $260 per prize). Prizes consist only of those items specifically listed. Limit one prize per person and limit one prize per household.

GENERAL RULES:

Winners will be notified by mail or overnight delivery. Potential First Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification certifying that entrant's submission has not been previously published and that entrant meets all eligibility requirements outlined in Rule #1. Noncompliance within time periods stated above or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification in which case an alternate may be selected. No correspondence regarding entry will be acknowledged or entered into. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable income taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All materials submitted by participants become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in the sole opinion of the judges, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the promotion or any other person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that they deem unacceptable per food safety guidelines. Winners agree to assign all copyrights of entry to Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to: (a) use participant's name and likenesses and publish all recipes submitted, (b) alter, amend, edit or change recipes prior to publication and (c) use, publish, reproduce, alter, amend, and copyright recipes for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, participants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of the prizes or in the administration of the promotion. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

If technical malfunctions or suspect voting/irregularities corrupt the voting process, Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to award prizes based solely on the Finalists Judging scores or non-suspect votes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and all eligible online entries received prior to termination will be included in the judging. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry/voting. Proof of submitting entries/votes will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation/voting will void all such submissions/votes by such methods. Sponsors reserve the right to prohibit the participation/voting of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
